What is "Hole-Plugger" ?                                               

  "Hole-Plugger"  is a term being used more these days in the Vacation Rental business when we are within a few weeks from arrival time and a particular condo is likely about to go unbooked, thereby making no revenue for the condo owner. 

 The alternative for the owner that we have found is that  we "plug that hole up" with a  reservation usually at a nicely discounted rate for a guest who seeks last minute accommodations. 

In the past, these guests had to go to VRBO or another online marketing forum where condo owners privately advertise their condo and email dozens of these condo owners, hoping that just one of these owners not only had their condo open But were also willing to accept  a reduced rate offer from that guest.

            Our intent with this site is to cut a bunch of the hassle out for guests of finding a great condo at the best price possible.  Why email dozens of condo owners trying to find just one with a special deal, when you can instead go to this One Website with a handful of the nicest condos in town and their specials that are offered for the next few weeks.
